Pottery barn Knock off

Have you seen any of the new fall items over at Pottery Barn lately? Love all the galvanized pieces. Feel free to drool with me.

Here, use this napkin. You have a little something right there.. Got it.

Oh we're not done there's more.

I can totally picture a stack of orange and black cupcakes all over these for a Halloween party.

So, with all these in mind during my recent trip to goodwill I found this uh-- lovely.

Check out that cow! As stylish as this is right now, not quite what I had in mind. So I took some good ol' chalk board paint.

Can't go wrong with that!

Couple coats, and look at that! Not quite the same as PB but just as lovely.. If not more ;)

Now if only I could find some of the chalk that's packed away to actually write on it! ;) Oh well just throw some flowers in it. Gorg. :-D

The jug with chalkboard paint IS a huge improvement, and looks just as good as anything from PB! Great job!

That is a great idea. I did a knock off of the centerpiece on my blog but I did not use the galvanized cake plates. You will have to come check it out.

Great blog!

I need to get me some chalkboard paint. What a great idea! I have those flowers, I made a topiary out of them, a very unusual flower to use, but it looks really cool!

This is great! Way to be inspired and then run with it.

I'm intrigued by your name (mine's Richella) and the fact that you lived in Michigan. We lived in Michigan (Hillsdale) for seven years when my kids were little--in fact, two of them were born there. So I have wonderful memories of your state. :)

Blessings,
Richella
